Wholesale Terms and Conditions

We pride ourselves in generally being pretty easy to work with. Take some time to read through just a few policies we have for our resellersand please don’t hesitate to contact us if you should have anyquestions.

  1. Minimums: Initial customers require a $300 minimum order to establish a relationship with us. $200 minimum is required for all re-orders. There is no minimum annual spending requirement to maintain an account with us.

  2. Submitting Orders:Orders can be placed through our website, email or phone. If you ever have any questions or concerns about orders, or just want to chat, please email us. Once you are set up as a vendor, you will receive access to our wholesale section of the website. This will enable you to place orders when it is convenient to you. We do have sales representation in some areas of the country. If you are located in one of those areas, your information will be forwarded to the appropriate sales representative. 

  3. Turn-Around Time:Orders are shipped on a first-come first-serve basis. Under normal circumstances, online orders will typically ship out 3-4 business days from the day you order. Occasionally you may order an item that is temporarily out of stock. In that case, we will do our best to get all orders fulfilled within one week of placing the order. Should it extend longer than that, we will contact you immediately.

  4. Reporting shortages /incorrect items: Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order if something is either missing or broken. Email us atoffice@spirallightcandle.comfor the quickest response.

  5. Defective Items: Should a customer return any Spiral Light Candle to you that is damaged or broken due to material failure or workmanship, please accept the return as per your policy. We will replace the item to your inventory. After all, the reason we shop at small businesses is the service, let’s make sure thecustomer is happy.

  6. Method of Payment:To ensure everyone’s costs stay as low as possible, Spiral Light Candles and the parent company Afton Candle Company, LLC only offers Net30 terms for our largest customers and government agencies. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay and American Express for payment. We do not ship COD although we have been known to barter for nice clothing or big vacations.

  7. Resale of Spiral Light Candle Products:If you are a wholesale customer, we expect that our items are sold at a reasonable retail markup & in a retail environment. This usually means 100% markup of our wholesale price. If we find that anyone is reselling our items at wholesale or near wholesale prices in flea market type environments, selling on eBay, Etsy or Amazon, we reserve the right to refuse future business with you. We don't condone eBay, Etsy or Amazon sales of our items, especially when our items are sold under retail markup. It's just not fair to our retail storefronts who are busting their butts to pay for overhead, maintenance, labor, etc. This does not limit you from offering sales on our item or end of the year markdowns to reduce stock nor does it prevent you from offering our products online through your own e-commerce sites. I like to think we are all working for the same greater good.

  8. Removing tags & labels:Removing the tags or labels off of our merchandise is a big no-no. We reserve the right to discontinue wholesale business with anyone reported doing so. We must do this to ensure our warning labels are intact. If you are interested in custom made items, please contact us, we would love to put your name and logo on a candle.
